Appointment Cancellations Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both my time and the schedules of other clients, please review the following policies. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with 24 or more hours' notice: No charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: A fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service will be charged. No-shows: 80% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full service price will still apply. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Appointment Confirmations Appointment reminders are sent as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments, even if a reminder is not received. Card on File A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve appointments. Your card will only be charged if the cancellation or no-show policy applies. Emergencies I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Genuine emergencies will always be considered with care and understanding. Please message me in case of an emergency and we will get your situation taken care of.
